Leadership Development

I've served as a teacher, school-based leader, and district-level administrator in school systems for the last 12 years. In the words of John Deasy: I believe we have to lead for justice and equity; we can't simply manage for injustice. I am anchored in the power and purpose of mission-driven organizations, and I am skilled at building capacity in daring, courageous leaders at every level. Together, we will leverage vision, team, relationships, and detail-orientation to drive transformative results and build courageous cultures.
