Cooking is one of my favorite ways to unwind, play, and create. Welcome to our always fun, typically messy kitchen. I love to adapt cookbook, blog, and Food Network recipes...mostly with extra garlic and/or butter.
My relationship with food has been complicated for a lot of my life. I struggled with disordered eating (like - literally on a perpetual "diet") from age 9-10 until I was postpartum with my second kid. I spent 10 years as a vegan then vegetarian, and about a year ago added meat back into my diet. I've never been healthier or happier, and I am having a blast cooking and eating.
